Sourcing is not finished when a supplier is found. Between the first request and final shipment, product specifications need to be confirmed, supplier information checked, production followed up, incoming goods reviewed and shipping details coordinated.
KY Sourcing stays involved throughout these steps, keeping important information visible and helping clients confirm key details before the goods leave China.
A Working Base in Yiwu for Receiving, Checking and Preparing Goods
KY Sourcing is based in Yiwu, Zhejiang. Our receiving space gives suppliers a consistent place to deliver goods, where incoming cartons can be recorded, opened, checked, photographed, sorted and prepared for shipment.
For higher-volume shipments, inspection can be arranged at a partner warehouse. KY Sourcing remains responsible—we go there in person to supervise carton-by-carton sampling and check product condition, quantity and packing before release.
Different Products Require Different Checks
A product should not be checked against a generic list. Before inspection, we identify the details most likely to affect the customer’s order, based on the product, agreed sample and shipping requirements.
The checking priorities are confirmed before the goods are released—not decided after a problem appears.
